The situation
College GameDay is one of the most-watched live shows in sports — and one of the hardest environments to activate in. A new campus every week, a live national broadcast with zero margin for error, and a brand in Coca-Cola whose standards don't flex because the show is on the road.
What I did
I delivered Coca-Cola's presence across the GameDay tour end to end: large-scale sampling and experiential activations at 30+ campuses, sponsored integrations that ran live on ESPN's broadcast, and VIP hospitality programs hosting clients, executives, and fans at every stop. Each week meant a full production cycle — site logistics, staffing, brand execution, broadcast coordination — compressed into days and executed live, on camera, with no second take. I ran the same playbook at the Final Four, taking the program from the regular season through to the sport's biggest stage.
